Computer Depot

I was referred by a friend to Computer Depot. He told me he is using him for all his computer problems and he was really happy with him. I have to say my friend is right I had a problem with my gaming computer I had taken it to another computer shop and they were telling me you have to buy a new one, and I love my PC and didn't want to do that then I took to him he gave it another life and my PC is running much better and is faster. Very rude and disrespectful. Will do anything except the RIGHT thing just to make a buck and then leave you hung out to dry!

Stay away! Not good!

Wish I had read this review before taking my computer here. Almost identical story. Asked for 200 on debit or cash and said would be more on credit card. Didn't fix my computer. Said it was viruses, my harddrive, etc and that he fixed it, and installed Windows 10. Now I can't even boot my system. Terrible. I went back and he wouldn't offer free repairs. What a waste of money.

Zero stars. Did not honour the original price quote. Asked for cash. I didn't have nearly $200 on hand. Asked for debit for a lower price (actually was original price of work plus more bc of what reason I don't know!) Took my money without fixing computer as agreed. Brought it back several times. Only removed data and reinstalled windows improperly, cleaned up some viruses. Did not fix other item as planned either. Had the computer for several weeks. He knows how to sell computers not fix them.
