Terrible experience Got them to build two systems for me. First system for 1. they didn’t even have my aio plugged in, 2. They had all the fans pulling air in so it almost fried my 2060, 3. When I called to let them know of the mess up I was told it wasn’t them and I had no evidence of them making this mistake, kind of rude to be when I spent thousands of dollars there., 4. They told me on my most recent build that they had updated my bios.,5 went to check and it’s never been updated

We recently had our laptop crash and they were so knowledgable, professional, and helpful in getting us back on track. As owners of a small company, we could not afford a lot of down time without a laptop. They gave us an amazing price on a new laptop and loaded the external hardrive onto it. Then when I had issues with printer install - they logged in wirelessly and did it for me ! Less than half hour - IN AND OUT !! AMAZING AMAZING SUPPORT THIS SMALL BUSINESS AND GET SOME GREAT SERVICE

Wonderful experience buying with them, got a good deal on an expensive part and they had friendly and knowledgeable staff! Definitely highly recommended for anything you might need.

I have 3 kids who are Terror on their IPhones. I always go to Alberta Computers. Their service is great, always have the phones back in about 30minutes. Price is always very reasonable and the staff is always polite and friendly. I have a feeling I will see them often :) and because of the great service,I will always choose Alberta Computers.

Had my IPhone 6 f...

Had my IPhone 6 for one day and I cracked the screen, my bad I know! Took it to Alberta computers for them to replace the screen. $210 dollars later and I was left with a phone that would not turn off when I put it to my ear and sensor at top was super hot. Screen looked nice though. I live a 1/2 hour out of GP so the next day I took it back in. Came back to pick it up and he told me that it was a faulty screen that had paint over where the sensor was so his solution was to chip the paint off. It looked terrible, like someone had scratched the phone. I asked why he wouldn't just put a new screen on and he said that was the last white screen he had left. So now I have a $210 black screen on a $600 white phone and will never be going back there again.

Clerk was very helpful with my first pc build that wasn't working. Gave me a bunch of possible solutions and gave me a part I needed for free, I will be using them from now on.

If you ever need warranty work here dont bother. Well over a month to get a warranty hard drive back and they cant be bothered to return your calls
