The worst customer service I have ever met in my life. Very poorly trained front line staff, including assistant branch manager. No one wanted to do their job, no one was able to think, just a lazy salaried people. Do not see any reasons to keep them there, ATMs and robots can do their work way better and more efficient. Do not see any reasons to keep my account opened at RBC after that experience. Just terrible, avoid at any cost, trust me.
