This is my third time I’m not happy with the service. First fries serve even it’s old and greasy . Second no straw for drinks and no napkin . Today I asked for large but the gave me medium fries nd fries is saggy and old . I call them no one answer . Frustrating experienced
Unsanitary, disgusting. Food was served with snot on it, and service was awful. Workers don’t care for the satisfaction of their customers. The service took too long and workers often have a very difficult time giving you EXACTLY what you ordered.
Everytime we have issue with our order and even during busy hours which is the usual issues on all fast food. They always mkensure you are a happy customer before you leave their restaurant. They are still quite efficient and fast among al other Mc Donalds here in Edmonton!
