    YOu get what you pay for. Cheap property management company....cheap work. I would NOT recommend them to anyone.

    If I could rate them 0 stars I would. The office is a nightmare to deal with. My patio door and screen were broken by a groundskeeper and I had to wait one year to get the patio door replaced. The screen has still not been replaced. The office is extremely RUDE if you have an issue. This place is not worth your time. I’m selling this condo as soon as I’m able. BRIDGEGATE IS A SCAMMING NIGHTMARE
