Horrifying Service
HORRIFYING: ABYSMAL SERVICE, LOST ITEMS ($4500), VERY LATE, DAMAGED ITEMS, HAVE TO DO OWN HEAVY LABOUR, COMPANY DOESN'T CARE. My items were picked up in July and not in the range of dates, but they do not inform you they won't be there until days later (obviously). They only sent one mover with no notice so I had to move all the heavy furniture up a flight of stairs and I had previously tried to be helpful and leave all the boxes in the garage. The mover is out of shape and as a female I had to do the heavy lifting, but they are not going to factor in my labour charges I sent them. Arrived 9 days later than the range they gave me, without ever calling me, i always had to do the contacting, resulting in a hotel bill in the thousands of dollars. Finally they came (after they couldn't give me a time so I had to wait around for days), and bullied me into giving my credit card number otherwise the truck was not even going to stop at my house. If I was told a date they were going to arrive, i would try to call and they might call two days later to tell me they weren't going to arrive. CONTINUED
