After my recent visit(s) to All season Motorsports I am disgusted with the service (or lack of) I received, below are the facts of my visit. Fact. I had previously purchased tyres for my bikes and ordered a new set for my current bike, I paid a 50% deposit over the phone. Fact. The tyres I requested were not available and All Season Motorsports neglected to tell me, on my return from a work trip I called to book my bike in only to find out the tyres were not available. RUN AWAY!!! RUN AWAY!!! This place is a Joke!!!. Sign that rental contract, you might as well sign your wallet over!!!. do any damage to a rental unit, they will charge you 10 times the cost to fix it. OHHH you didn't do any damage...... well they will still charge you. Cause you didn't catch it before you left. The Looser owner is nothing short of a COWARD!! & THIEF!!, Worse that a greasy palm used car salesman!. Take from someone that knows the inner workings of this Shady & deceptive place.
Christina was very helpful in assuring I get my rental in time for my road test. Very accommodating and friendly staff highly recommend
If you want to pay 10 times more than advertises this company then you can do business with it. For small damages worth 80 dollars, they take 700. If you want to lose money and get bad service, you can work with them.
Great family business that shows a lot of heart and approaches every customer with friendly professionalism. You can trust these guys to take care of your bike, help you buy new gear, or even rent something fun for the weekend!
Amazing customer service. They didnt have the helmet I wanted in stalk, so they ordered it in and it came in 2 business days.
On the phone and at first glance very friendly and helpful. They’ll make all the promises needed to get you to sign their paper work and then it’s a different story. Don’t fall for their lowest prices in town you get what you pay for, in my case that was nothing but a nightmare. I am pretty mechanically inclined and sent pictures with details on what I needed done. They’ll give you whatever bull needed to get you to sign their paperwork. Be prepared for this unethical business run by bullies.
At first the staff seemed very pleasant and helpful. I had asked to rent a bike for 2 days in order to take my road test with. I was supposed to pick up the rental before the end of the day 6pm I believe. This big freak snowstorm came out of nowhere at 4pm so I was trying to get to the rental place and I called them at 4:45 to cancel BC of the weather obviously. I spoke to the manager and she said she would not reverse any of the $265 charges they took from my credit card. Even with the snow.
What a wonderful, caring business! Once again they supplied, free of charge, their Batmobile to the Food Fest our church hosted this month. We were all blessed - thank you!

My husband and I rented an awesome bat-mobile-look-a-like for a very rare date night. Everyone there was so great recommending something that best suited our riding needs and skills. My hubby is a biker whereas me, not so much; this gave us both what we wanted in a ride, speed, comfort riding and definitely the wow factor. Will be visiting them again really soon because the experience was magnificent from the first call to the test ride to the rental and even the return, despite the fact I hated parting with the bat mobile. Rented a snowmobile from these guys with my buddy and was really impressed by the customer service. We ended up renting again the following weekend and had a blast. Planning another trip in a few weeks and plan on renting something bigger this time. Really impressed with the girls up front. The whole procedure was very smooth
I recently rented a snowmobile from All Season, everything seemed good until I started to ride the sled, there was a problem with the cooling capability and the engine light would constantly go on. After losing a day of riding and speaking on the phone with a tech from Calgary for an hour or so, the problem was diagnosed as a lack of anti-freeze. No worries at least I wasn’t stuck in the middle of the bush with a broken down sled, the problem was solved and the next day I was riding again trouble free. When I returned the sled, I asked for a refund for the day that I lost due to the break-down (which was totally out of my control, and the maintenance issue with the rental company) I wasn’t asking for a total refund on the rental, I wasn’t asking for a refund for the 20 bucks I had to spend on new antifreeze, the gas to get to the trailhead, the cell phone charges or for the hour of long distance to the tech, I thought this was fair. Everyone at the store thought this would be alright, the problems started after waiting 4 weeks for the refund. After sending an email asking for the status of the refund I was given a rude reply stating that I was no longer entitled to the refund and that someone else in the organization was reviewing my claim. Personally I think that the rental service is good, the machine seemed to be in good condition and I was happy with the service when picking up the sled. However, when a problem was encountered All Season fell through and turned into a beast to deal with. I would look elsewhere when looking to rent an off-road machine.
