There are few restaurants in Ottawa that understand this disease fully but Robert has FANTASTIC gluten-free pasta available and staff are fully aware of the do's and don'ts for us. Last evening I had a meal of Caprese Salad - dressing perfect, not cloying; Pasta Beata (chicken, artichoke, peppers and a white wine dijon cream sauce - DIVINE!) followed by fig and port tartufo. Went here for my birthday dinner with the family and I have to say it was an amazing meal! We all ordered different items off the menu and I think the staff thought we were crazy because we were trying each other's food, but I have everything was so tasty! The vegetarian main had many different elements to it and all were delicious, the mushroom tarte, steak frites and soup were great.
