The take out / pick-up service is most convenient when you're short for time, but have dinner and a movie planned at home. Undeniably one of the best fish and chip places in the Langley, Poco and Maple Ridge area. We've hit others and they were bad experiences with oil dripping off the cod pieces that had to be dabbed with a napkin to see through it. This place is always busy, and their fish burgers are messy but a good choice. The all you can eat fish and chips is a good deal whereas, others disappoint. Go there Friday night and you'll see this place buzzing with customers and most seating is filled.

Very popular locally due to the charming and polite immigrant family, the obvious care and attention to quality and yes, the cheap and cold Kokanee on tap. Weekly specials offered are seafood and mushroom and minestrone soups, deliciously spiced meatloaf, real turkey dinners, lasagna etc. all made from recipes provided by customers who cook and help the owners to expand their menu. The deluxe burger special is a monster with fries for under 4 dollars. The fries are hand cut, the fish is all fresh with generous portions. The Indonesian and Thai offerings are delicious. Inexpensive, eclectic, clean and friendly with an added dollop of clever conversation and the latest hockey game.

I don't think you can go wrong with that place. I went there for my birthday, best service I had and how great to enjoy the melody of the piano in the background. I lived close by New Lakeview over 15 years ago and was a frequent diner both in and for take-out. I recently moved back to the area and was happy to see that nothing had changed. (unfortunately not even the pink walls) Although the decor leaves something to be desired the food does not fall short. I rate their Singapore noodles as the best I have ever tasted. (better than in Singapore!) The prices are low and servings are generous. The won-ton soup is excellent and they feature fresh crab dishes with a variety of sauces. Lunch hour is busy with short wait for a table but the specials run to 3pm.

Easily the best place for Chinese in Surrey - or anywhere else for that matter. We've never eaten in, although we've done both take out and delivery. The delivery is amazingly fast... usually less than 20 minutes, and piping hot and fresh! The portions are very generous! Take out, the service was great, really fast and friendly. The place doesn't look like much, and the parking is not great, but the food makes up for everything!!
