Based on my positive experiences, i would want to know other side of the story and full details before believing negative reviews and customers atritudes. Im not a big a regular customer but I have shopped here for 12yrs.Sometimes go for advice,they treat me wonderfully,exact same as when buying items. I too bought trees, one died a yr later, showed photo and they gave me full refund as they no lomger carried same tree. Read more
