Run away FAST! 4 times I booked vac. they never showed up. No phone no email-Just no show. We ordered grills now we stuck with none. One window came with NO brick mold. Manager spoke to siding contractor for 10 minutes and made him mad. Two years we been waiting for them to fix the mistakes on our windows. One leaked into the walls during the winter. Now we have to tear wall apart, reinsulate, and fix wall. Then they send the bill to collection agency! Fix your product! Mike Holmes you're NOT.
Received 5 quotes in total. Kruse was in the middle, but had great quality Windows and Doors (Prestige Windows and Doors) and the Customer Service was excellent. The other 4 companies sales people in Regina were difficult to communicate with, or did not seem interested in replacing our 5 windows, 2 exterior doors and add storm doors on each door.
Installation was done promptly, and they did an excellent job!! Very neat, clean and square. I had a salesperson from a local blind shop come out and measure the windows for new blinds and she was blown away with how square the install was. She said it definetly makes her job easier.
We purchase triple pane Low E windows and are already noticing the difference with the temperature control in the house. So MUCH better.
Go with KRUSE GLASS! You won't regret it.
