    No customer servi...

    No customer service at all. Very disappointed and has ruined our trip across Canada. Be very wary buying vehicles from this place and consider buying other makes of campers ones that are more reliable regarding parts and service. Our parts have to be ordered from Germany which cost a lot and take a long time to freight.

    Il est bon pour v...

    Il est bon pour vendre ses vehicule ou des options en extra (panneaux solaires,..) par contre le service après—vente ne sera pas inclus. Ses vehicules importés et les pièces de rechanges sont rares en Amérique du Nord, donc l'entretien est difficile a faire soi—même ou chez d'autres mécaniciens. Lorsque qu'on l'appelle pour des informations il préfère prendre rendez—vous, pour pouvoir charger le temps passé.. Impossible d'avoir un numéro de pièce quand on est a l'autre bout du Canada, on peux même se faire raccrocher au nez en demandant plus d'informations sur une installation faites chez lui.. Ça n'est pas mon idée du service après—vente...
