would leave 0 stars if possible. They are happy to take your money, and put up a driveway marker, But that's about it. They don't always show up to clear the snow, and when they do, it's a half-assed job. There is no way to contact them by phone when they forget to come, as the mailbox is always full. Shameful company, I'd be the first to sign on for a class-action lawsuit for breach of contract. Stay clear of this company.
I have had to snow blow my driveway as Syljack has not held up to their contract of clearing my driveway the first time around 6 am after a snowfall.
Today it was around 4pm the driver was doing my neighbours driveways. The driver chose to not go over my driveway to get closer to the pavement, just drove by, after I spoke to an agent earlier who assured me that the driver would do so....
Would never recommend this company for its services. Called several times to a busy line. Have not showed up in the morning , and also not before 5PM has their contract stipulates. This terrible service is throughout the season , whether a small amount or a snow storm. Keep your money away from this company!!
Pas satisfait du service. Il est 2hr, le 28 décembre 2018, notre entrée nest pas nettoyée encore. Bien dommage, je ne recommande pas cette entreprise.

9 pm on a wed still waiting for them to come since last night. We cleaned a little and moved the cars out at 12 noon. Called 4 times and left msgs. Nobody showed up. Thank god we didn't have so much snow this year but even those few times too they came only when we complained by calling them.
Still have not shown up to clear our driveway, their competition has been to our neighbors twice already.
No one answers their phone, you get either a busy signal or a message saying "their agents are all busy"
Their GPS tractor location service doesn't work either.
