Amateur Work & horrible results. Came to stained our floor, said they guaranteed their job for 5 years; 11 month later the joints lost the color, floor looks like a “Zebra” now. Contacting them several times for a month with info/pics & no feedback from them. Finally getting this answer: “We do not Guarantee wood filler”. Also they do not comply with Revenue QC, whom I have already notified. Pros taking care now of our “Zebra” problem. Their assessment: Low Quality Products Used.

I accepted their services believing the sales pitch and price. Not only I did not get the agreed work, but my property shows damages caused by the quick job without enough caring. I tried to meet with them to discuss after I paid without success. Client satisfaction is not their priority. I DON'T RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES.

Never work with KlassikFloors, I just had a terrible experience! Quote was a lie, work is horrible and they damaged my property. Once paid they avoided coming back to discuss... hire them at your own risk.... Ne travaillez jamais avec PlanchersKlassik, je viens de vivre une expérience minable avec eux! La proposition était un mensonge, le travail est horrible et ils ont endommagé ma propriété. Une fois payés ils ont évité de revenir pour en discuter.... engagez-les à vos propres risques...
