Narcisa Aho-Glele of Studio Rebound Fit is the poster girl for doing what you love.
Before she opened her studio in 2013, she worked in insurance. But all the while, she had a health and fitness hobby, working as a dance and fitness instructor at the YMCA. She was an avid reader on anything related to her hobby, which led her to rebound fitness. It’s a type of exercise that utilizes a mini-trampoline.
“I was amazed at its benefits and that it is the most efficient and effective type of exercise,” says Narcisa. “According to NASA, trampoline exercise is 68 per cent more efficient than running, but way easier on your joints.”
