Maison Boulud opened its doors in spring 2012. The restaurant, nestled in the heart of the Golden Square Mile, in the Ritz-Carlton Montreal hotel, bears the signature of Chef Daniel Boulud – offering traditional French cuisine and New York influence, all while incorporating the Montreal inspiration and Italian touch of its executive chef.

Daniel Boulud, chef-owner of several establishments throughout the world, including his star restaurant, DANIEL, entrusted the reins of Maison Boulud to one of his talented disciples, Executive Chef Riccardo Bertolino.

Nous ne sommes pas supposés être déçus lorsque nous allons à La Maison Boulud!!! Nous avons attendus plus de 2 heures pour avoir droit aux huitres commandées avec notre apéro! Après , tout a été délicieux mais avec un départ aussi amer, il devient impossible d'apprécier... Il m'était difficile de passer sous silence cette bévue...avec une facture de plus de 1200$ pour 4! J'ai donc pris la peine d'écrire un mot à la Maison Boulud...mais , vous savez quoi? je crois que cela leur importe peu car j

Wonderful experience. The restaurant offers a 3course meal for Brunch with live jazz music. Great ambiance with a beautiful indoor terrace setting. Great selections of cocktails, appetizers, main course and dessert. I would definitely recommend this location to celeberate special occasions.
