Me Rima Bou Merhi is an excellent notary, very professional. I trust her 100%. I can rely on her for all my real-estate transactions. Excellent listening and communication skills, met our deadlines, gave helpful advice. Of all the notaries we've worked with (over 15 different notaries) she's our favorite. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

Rima did a great job for us! She really listened to what we needed and always made sure everything was done on time. She also gave us some helpful advice and even recommended an awesome real estate agent when we were selling. We've worked with her multiple times, and out of all the notaries we've dealt with, she's definitely our favorite. Highly recommend!

Very unprofessional we waited over two weeks for our money after selling the property, she left on vacation and her secretary did not know if she was coming or going..we have never seen this type of conduct, does not answer her phone, messages, do not use her services.

Totally disappointing! After receiving the payment she turned into an unprofessional, disrespectful person. She even fired us from her office because we asked a couple of questions. Do not recommend at all. What a waste of time and money!

I don't advise anyone to deal with her. Unprofessional, Disrespectful, rude, impolite and bad mannered. It's a shame that we got referred to her.
