EB Games Carrefour Angrignon

EB called to tell me that my pre-order pop figure had come in and is ready for pick up. I went to pick up my pre-order, and asked a floor clerk about it. He rudely replied that he was busy putting out stock, and there are lots of pop figures already on display. I told him that I was called to pick it up and I wanted to see if there was one which was put aside. He grudgingly did so, and before I could pay for the figure, he and the store manager left the store for break. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.
