Dropped my package off at the St. Charles location over a month ago. Ive been trying to track it online but it never changed to shipped status. Called the store and they were not able to offer any assistance; very unhelpful. This is a loss of $75 to me as it was a return to a shoe store. I am very dissatisfied with their service.
