Worst snow removal service I have ever seen. It's only snowed a handful of times this year and they have rarely shown up.

They insist on spraying the neighbours (who has their service) snow on our lawn and on the city sidewalk. When I called and complained, the dispatcher called me a 'Karen'!!!

Feb 18 a foot of snow fell overnight . It is now 3:42 PM And no sight of them . Also they don’t answer there phone . Next year I’ l get a snow blower and blow these guys off . No stars at all

ses la pire compagnie existante ,charge 300.00$ et dois deneiger moi meme mon stationnement,en plus j ai telephoner pour me plaindre et je me suis fait fermer la ligne au nez a 2 reprise par la secretaire prenez yu déneigement service garantie je vous jure

Terrible service...got screwed by giving them money for a half ass service...cannot believe they are still in business
