Quand on prend un rendez-vous, on a l'impression qu'il veule juste vendre leur produits et avoir du fric. J'ai fait un changement de téléphone, rendu à mon rendez-vous, il dise qu'ils ont essayer de nous contacter puis n'ont pas réussi. Puis il regarde sans leur système voit qu'il y a 2 fois mon nom un avec téléphone, une non. Mon mari a fait la meme chose, il avait un rendez-vous avec un traitement gratuit, puis rendu sur place, il dise que c'est annulé en prétextant qu'ils ont essayé d'appeler

Ils ont reporter mon rendez-vous de pratiquement 1 heure, sans m'informer. Je crois que celles qui ont acheter le forfait a 59.00 dollars ne recevront pas les soins adéquat mentionner, je n'ai pas confiance en cet endroit.
1st apt. Not recorded and I showed up and had to reschedule. The second time I cam the person doing the facial greeted me and brought me to a room. She explained about microdermabrasion. I never received the massage portion of the facial. Literally I was in and out in 45 minutes. Far cry from this facial's value being listed as $280 on Groupon on sale for $59. The brochure price for this facial is $100. I pointed this out to receptionist who then charged me the tars on $100. So disappointing
