The sales manager is dishonest. They make promises they do not follow through with. They were late to hall and my cake melted while my baker waited for someone to come to the hall. Left the chef and a rookie to the hall in charge of the venue when the sales manager said she would be there. The owner makes excuses for the sales manager who is tardy and after taking your money says well this is what you paid for and this is what you got. They do not take responsibility for their mistakes when contacted by customers. The chef was upset because the communication between hall staff was non-existent and the family had to tell him where everything was. The baker and family at the hall were calling us the bride and groom because of situations the hall created. They discussed money with relatives. Very unprofessional.
