We had Koolini’s cater a birthday party at home. They were fabulous! Dinner included pasta, risotto, a veal dish, a chicken dish, and a salad. There was lots of food for everyone, with left overs. The food was delicious! It was delivered piping hot, and on time! Not worth the hassle to cook for a crowd. They will be doing our next gathering! Leo was great to work with!
Booked in August for a Christmas party in December told we were in the “book” called three times after and left messages with staff to have the manager confirm - received a call three weeks before the party saying we weren’t booked - this same thing happened 6 years ago and we said we would never use them again - thought time has passed they are only catering now so THIS is what happens AGAIN - manager asked if we could laughably change the date - NEVER AGAIN -
Terrible Service! The girl who answers the phone tells me to order a few cans of pop to get a free Lasagna. Then when my order comes no lasagna. So I call and I get the chef who was extremely rude and told me it had to be 20 in food not pop. His employee should be responsible for misleading the customer. You lost a good customer including my friends family and coworkers!!
I love the pizza. But hate the fact that they advertise free delivery on their pizza boxes they deliver their pizzas in and charge for delivery. Poor business practice.
We need a larger order of food order for a wake . They were very helpful with the suggestions . the food arrived on time, at the right tempature and was awesome !!

Just ordered their chicken parmesan, jumbo shrimp pasta with mozo sticks and buns...only came to 34$ and took 30min to be delivered. Huge portions! My

My family has enjoyed many meals at Koolini either at lunch or dinner, for fun or business. The meals have been delicious and the pizzas are the best that we have ever tasted. We have dined at Koolini with friends and business associations from Toronto and Ottawa. They all commented that the meal at Koolini was excellent and just as good as the restaurants that they go to in their cities. The wonderful Italian decor is pleasant and servers have all been professional and attentive. We will recommend Koolini to anyone who wants excellent Italian food and a wonderful dining experience.
I'm 5 months pregnant & have been battling a cough for over a month. It was my 40th birthday & I wasn't up to going out so my husband thoughtfully ordered take-out from Koolini's, since Italian food is one of my favourites. We had ordered take-out from Koolini's before many times with no problems. We have also dined at their restaurant many times.
As I dished out the caesar salad for myself and my 4 year old daughter, my husband noticed a dead fly on one of the lettuce pieces. Needless to say, we threw out the salad. I felt slightly nauseated. I think the only person who enjoyed the rest of the meal was our daughter.
When my husband called Koolini's to let them know what happened, their response was that they would have their driver send over another salad. Obviously we turned that offer down. I don't think we trust their salads! The only other solution that was offered was a credit for the salad. That was "the best [they] could do". For a business that specializes in customer service, I'm sure they could have offered a better solution. We definitely will not be eating any more meals at or from Koolini's.
We recently had a dinner for six catered in our home by Koolini's. First and foremost I cannot say enought about our server, Romen. He was extremely professional, friendly, accomodating and personable. The meal was 7 courses, each one better than the one before. We had family members ranging in age from 7 to 77, yet everyone thoroughly enjoyed the meal and the excellent service! I would highly recommend Koolini's for any catered affair and, if you can get him, Romen as your server.
A few years ago my boyfriend and I were at a charity event where the pasta sauce was so good we asked who catered it. That is how we heard of Koolini's.
Since then we've ordered from them. My boyfriend's Italian and Koolini's Tomato/Basil sauce is the most authentic and delicious sauce we've ever tasted (besides his Mother's, of course).
We've always received good service although delivery does take about an hour.
Besides the Caboto Club, their pizza is the best I've ever tasted. I love their "Antipasto di Mare" and "Antipasto Platter".
We will continue to enjoy their food and have even taken friends visiting Windsor to the restaurant and were not disappointed with the food, wine and service. - and they do take credit cards for delivery.
I was a very loyal customer in fact my family always gave us gift certificates as gifts. I helped a friend out and she gave me two $50.00 gift certificates. I was very pleased until I went to use one of them. My husband and I ordered a feast and were anxiously waiting when the phone rang. It was the restaurant telling me that my order was $35 and that I wouldn't receive any credit for the $15. She tells me this after waiting 40 minutes so I said forget it then, I will wait until we have company and we could spend $50. She said the order was ready and that I would have to take it or order more food. I had always received a credit for money not spent. If I used it at a store, they would give you the credit. This is ridiculous. I am going to use the last certificate and never go back. Very dissapointed.
We ordered this for DELIVERY and the food didn't arrive until an hour and a half later!! We only ordered two medium pizzas, nothing too complicated or complex it was ridiculous. Considering I was only maybe a 10 minute car ride away, it should have been there much faster than that I could have walked to the place faster! The girl was rude on the phone when we called there to ask about our order and she hung up. When we initially called, she didn't tell us our amount (so that kept us guessing) and they don't accept visa or mastercard or debit ONLY cash.
I will never eat anything from this place again.
Our family was celebrating a very special birthday for a very Special Great Aunt!! The Staff at Koolinis went out of there way to accommodate our needs with a last minute reservation minus the hassle. We had a wonderful time, excellent service and most importantly a superb meal.

I have eaten at Koolini's at least 2-3 times per week (since it opened) with clients and friends. We always enjoy lunch and dinner there. The food is of superior quality and the service is always exceptional. We are made to feel welcomed as soon as we walk through the door. The decor is open, bright and contemporary which is refreshing. I usually see many of the same business professional people repeatedly there for lunch and dinner which I don't think would happen if any of the following did not exist (quality food, good service and a good price).
My Fiance's daughter had her wedding catered by Koolini at the Art Gallery with a special menu and the food and service was the talk of the evening and even weeks later (all very positive). The Brunch is also of great quality with such variety of food. Oh, I also forgot to mention that the parking is good and I have never had a problem finding a spot. Keep up the good work as my rating is a 5 Star.

Best restaurant in town!! I recently went to Kooloni's for dinner with 3 friends and we all ordered different dishes and everyone loved their meals. I ordered the penne with vodka and it was fantastic! Our waitress was friendly, professional, and made our dining experience completley relaxed and enjoyable. The restaurant is spotless and the staff seemed organized and knowlegable with any questions we had about the menu. I will definetly go back!
