A couple of weeks ago I had my first appointment with Rick for hypnosis. With a little doubt that it could help me I thought what do I have to lose. Rick made me feel very relaxed and comfortable throughout this process and needless to say my appointment was a complete success! I feel so much better and relived that the problem is clearly in my past. I would defiantly recommend this to everyone for a quick and easy solution to your issues.

Its been 6 months...

Its been 6 months and I am finally tobacco free! Your laser with hypnosis program was amazing. After failing with other hypnotists over the years, your program was the only thing that worked. Other hypnotists tried to hypnotize me but you did it quickly and even made me a CD. With every session it was easier and you were always there for me. I also want to thank you for giving me help with my thyroid issues and telling me what supplements to use. Your kindness and caring is forever appreciated.

I have used Body & Mind Hypnosis for several life changes with amazing results. I am now a non smoker and lost 35 lbs.
