Liza Communities

Liza Communities has delayed our home eight times for a total of a year and half delay so far. They had not secured the appropriate permits with the city until after our original move in date. The homes are poor quality, neighbours homes are leaking and shingles have blown off in the wind after only four months. Staff do not respond to emails or phone calls, the upgrades were poor quality and expensive. Do not buy a Liza or Mansouri Living home.
