The complete experience went excellent. The sales quote experience was great as we received a price that was slightly lower than competition for the same door. It went very well. Even though it was several years after Windows by Installer had originally installed the windows, they handled the warranty work agreeably and professionally, and thoroughly (including all the metal trim work around the windows), with no additional cost to us. We're quite pleased with how seriously they take customer service!

Windows by Installer provided me a detailed report with his findings and photographs. Alex refused to take any money as this kind of crappy workmanship is not tolerable and as a courtesy he wanted to provide this service to me.

Everything was wonderful from start to finish. I contact multiple window companies for quotes and chose WINDOWS BY INSTALLER . I can honestly say it was the best decision I could have made. The windows arrived in the timeframe that they said they would. I was worried due to covid they would arrive late.
