“We try to offer our customers a healthier alternative to the traditional fast-food breakfast sandwich,” explains owner Caleb Cullen. “As much as possible, we get our food from local farms and markets so we know how it was produced. All of our food is free of additives and made fresh.”
After working as an IT/Web worker, Caleb decided to pursue his passion: food. “When the dot-com bubble burst, I went to cooking school in New England,” he explains. “Through my placements and internships, I gained a lot of knowledge of how to incorporate healthy food and nutrition into a delicious menu.”

Brisket Shepherd's Pie
This delicious shepherd's pie is made from shredded braised brisket, with carrots, onions, mushrooms and leeks. We put smashed canoe potatoes on top of the meat and finish it off with a layer of grated Ontario goat gouda. The shepherd's pie feeds one or two people.
Chicken Pot Pie
Chicken, carrots, peas, onion, leek, celery and shallot in a light chicken gravy inside a flaky pie shell. Bake it in your oven and enjoy it in the comfort of your own home.

The perfect cold-cure, our chicken soup is made entirely in-house with no food additives. It is a fantastic meal on its own, with salad of any kind, or grilled cheese sandwiches. Frontier Applesauce
Ontario apples cooked down into sauce with spices and a splash of Bulleit Frontier Bourbon; cooking evaporates all the alcohol, so this applesauce is suitable for all ages. Have it with roast pork, or with latkes, or at breakfast, or put it with some cream cheese on an English muffin; the possibilities are endless. It's totally vegan and gluten-free, so it may be used as an egg substitute in baking. The $1 deposit for the mason jar is not reflected in the price.

Spicy String Bean Pickles
Naturally fermented wax beans, packed with slivers of fresh, green cayenne pepper. They've had a few months to sit with the pepper slivers and are fairly spicy. Some additional spices were used during fermentation: black pepper, garlic, bay leaf, coriander, mustard seed, dill.
Frozen English muffins
Keep our housemade English muffins in your freezer, and get out just what you need for the next day each night; that way they'll always be fresh. We sell them a half-dozen at a time, so no tax is charged on this item. Unfortunately, they are neither vegan nor gluten-free.
Naturally Fermented Hot Pepper Relish
We ferment this naturally-pickled pepper relish ourselves, from all Ontario products: onions from the Greenbelt, peppers from Downsview Park, and salt from Windsor. It is delicious as a hot sauce, but much more versatile than most thin hot sauces, and has the advantage of not containing any vinegar.
There is a $1 deposit on the bottle.
