They previously put in an erroneous report stating that my 4 brand new (5,000km wear) tires all need to be replaced. When I complained you said that this was a system error and you would correct it. Im skeptical of that reply.

Best place to get ripped off, they use low priced oil change to get you in, and try to convince you to do unnecessary services..AVOID.

The person who greets you is typically supposed to make an excellent first impression. This individual was curt and rude. There are so many places to go to. I would honestly never step foot in this location again. The location on Bowes road is so much better. More expensive but no comparison.
