Awesome sales staff - easy to work with
Unrealiable service department.
Bought a Mazda 3, from them. No nonsense, straight forward deal.
I bought a used 2012 Mercedes from them, first service was due in a week, at the service by Mercedes Benz it was diagnosed with a Transmission Failure that would cost around $10k+tax to repair. I informed Mazda immediately and provided them with an official report from MB, all I got were cold responses with dash of sarcasm. After couple of months they offered me a trade-in with a BMW trying to make profit of another deal instead of taking their car back in the first place.
The service manager never addresses a concern and if you do makes excuses. One of the reps booked an appointment and had a service car booked to low and behold find out the appointment was fake. Made us late for work and lost money. No apologies, no care and excuses from the manager. Had an appointment booked and agreed for brakes to be replaced to find out it was never done - manager made excuses and said we did not agree on time. Responding less then 1 min after is late?
