Insulting customer service (lack commitment to appointment times). Sat there waiting 45 minutes PAST the time of my appointment. No idea how much longer It was going to be - no one bothers to even touch base with you or give you an update. Absolutely terrible customer service due to inability to treat prebooked customers with reasonableness for timing. Beyond acceptable.

The new manager is very untrained. I got a very bad haircut by her. If you do go to this location ask for someone else. I definitely will not be returning.
