Way under staffed! Even if you book an appointment you are still kept waiting.

I too found the staff at the desk to be cold and unfriendly every time I have had the misfortune to attend there; to the point of ignoring clients standing at the desk in front of her. The client is made to feel as an intruder. Her demeanor gives the clear message that she couldn't care less about the clients or their wait time. I travel out of town too.

Been here about half a dozen times, but I never will again. I will literally go out of my way and into Welland the next time I need this type of service. The nurses at the Port Colborne LifeLabs who perform the actual blood drawing and ECG tests are skilled and friendly. HOWEVER, the main receptionist at the front desk has a perpetually dreadful and insensitive attitude, and a severe lack of interpersonal skills. Even if I only had to deal with her a few times a year, it is far from worth it.
