The worst rental building in the neighborhood and Vry mismanaged. Super is nowhere to be found most days, too busy running his coffee shop. Intercom doesn't even work. Steer clear.and They don't care about their tenants at all. The $125 underground parking spots have leaks/drip on the cars. Only one elevator is working most of the time, if that. Leaky roof so top 2 floors have leaky suites with black mold. Their shoddy maintenance is going to end up with someone hurt or worse. Couldn't get out

Couldn't get out of there fast enough, same with many other residents including long term ones!
