Do yourself a big favor and STAY AWAY!

I cannot speak for the downtown location, however, I had the unfortunate experience of going to the Kanata location and I cannot even describle how horrible the service was, but most importantly how badly a job they did on my hair. Two words...STAY AWAY! It will take me months and some big cash to get my hair back in the conditon is was in before I made the big mistake of going here. Just felt obligated to save someone else the grief of this poor excuse for a hair salon.
