Terrible!! I went in for a full head of highlights. By the end of it you couldn't even see a difference. When she asked me how i liked it I said it looks exactly the same. She then blamed it on the light and that I had used a box dye before so there was nothing more she could do. I left in tears and they still made me pay full price for them massacring my hair.The next day i went to another salon, they couldn't believe what she had done, but she fixed it up to exactly how I wanted it origionally
