All staff and Doctors are very welcoming and they love to serve the general public

Taking on way too many clients. But overall I like the doctors in there. The OLDER secretary is on the ball EVERY OTHER DAY. The younger secretary picks up the slack. If This office would expand and hire a few more hands, I would give it a five star. As the added capacity would make the overall experience more comfortable.

REFUSE TO GET ME REFERRAL !!! I’m disabled, had major surgery and Dr Majeed’s staff who as per CPSO has conditions on practicing medicine in Ontario and is supposed to have a “Supervisor “ and even after making an appointment where I was in too much pain to sit or stand.. I went in to ask for a referral due to gastrointestinal issues that have been going on for over a year and he refused to refer me and expects me to go back and explain the exact same thing after wasting 6 week !!!!!!!!

My wife and I were left high and dry without a Family doctor when Dr Rossman retired. The new doc taking over the practice mislead us and others as well by reneging on a promise to keep those patients and also refused to re- prescribe needed medications - and can’t sort it out 5 months later TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICES
