Last time I checked, this kind of behaviour is not only unacceptable but not legit…anything changed since then…?! I had informed her briefly of my medical condition for the sake of deflating the situation so maybe she would show some empathy and let things be: She said she had to consult with the doctor as to why my appointment was booked?!
