If you need anything done for your pool then DO NOT use or trust this company. They will tell you what you want to hear and then NEVER show up. They will not call you back after they have missed a scheduled appointment either. I went into the store a few weeks ago to get a safety cover for my pool. Now this is not a cheap item as it costs thousands of dollars and every time I spoke to Tim he told me that he would be out the next morning and he would never show up. They cost me half a season with their total lack of professionalism. 6 weeks after agreeing to a job they never showed up, missed multiple deadlines, and continually made more promises. After 6 weeks I gave up and cut my losses.
