A few days ago my car was totaled and I was alone and a little stunned by it. Neil from Affordable Towing was on the scene. He was kind,courteous, and very professional. He explained everything to me and put my mind at ease. I would say he went above and beyond- making sure I was comfortable at Royal auto collision until my husband arrived. Thank you Neil for making a bad experience much more tolerable

These guys charged me 290$ for a tow from Dixie and Bloor to Dixie and Eglington...their customer service is terrible, go elsewhere, don’t let what happened to me happen to you.
