The firm was founded in May, 1994 when Barry Scott, after 21 years with one of London's largest law firms, opened his own office. The firm grew to its present size of six partner / lawyers by 1999. In addition to the six partner / lawyers, the firm currently employs seven support staff, including five experienced legal clerk / assistants. As the firm has grown, it has occupied three different spaces in the Station Park office complex on Pall Mall Street, just to the north of London's downtown core.
