Welcome to Lindley General Store, a family run business! We are new comers to the area and are located in the historic town of Collingwood, on the shores of Georgian Bay, at the foot hills of the Blue Mountains. A very pretty area, I might add! As we launch our brand new online general store, our goal is to provide excellent service along with excellent quality products. We looked for those small businesses that could supply us with products that were carefully crafted or produced, in the same way that the old time folks did things before the days of mass produced stuff. And we were not disappointed!! We hope you find the same joy as you open your packages as we had when we opened ours!!     Buyer Beware - this online company will charge a cancellation fee, even if your order was cancelled immediately after being placed and was never shipped. I would not recommend this store.

    Hi ontario4528. When you checked out you agreed to this cancellation fee in the terms and conditions. And as I explained to you in the email, whether an order is cancelled 5 minutes or 5 weeks after the order is placed, we have processing fees that are non refundable to us. As a small business we are unable to absorb these fees.
