Most drivers and staff at the terminal are welcoming and very helpful and thoughtful. Bus times, schedules and detours are not always accurate or clearly marked. Google is not always up to date with GRT changes, so make sure to compare with GRT website. Busses are usually kept clean.
The reason I gave a 3 star rating is because busses do not connect well with others at key locations, half an hour wait time is obsurd and Sunday/Holiday schedule is TERRIBLE especially on so-called school routes.
