The doctor is unprofessional in my opinion. Unfortunately he did not tell us anything we didn't already know. There were to many people in the office that were doing nothing including children. It cost $67.00 just to walk in the door and $500.00 for ex-rays which consisted of 3 opinion e-rays. I would not recommend this place to anyone. There was no compassion at all.I suggest spending a little more to get a professional opinion.
I had to cancel 2 appointments with little or no notice and there was no problem. There was no problem getting a fast appointment, the ladies were great when my dog did her business on their floor on two different occassions, the vet was great! He was super with the pup and said she was healthy as a horse and didn't need anything. On top of that it cost me under $100 for a visit, shots AND microchip and when I get her fixed it will only be $150 as I am on a fixed income. Wonderful!
Never take you beloved pets here. We just went to put our cat down because of liver failure and they completely traumatized us. Tried to put a cathedur in a dehydrated cat ( just to give her the injection to put her to sleep). They didn't get it in right so when they gave her the injection it didn't work and our cat was crying and biting us as we were holding her down. If was the most cruel thing ever. They eventually just gave her the needle to put her to sleep.... which is what they should have done in the first place. Seriously awful experience. Never going back.
This place is wonderful! So happy to have found them. They are reasonably priced and really care about my pets. They are no money-hungry like other veterinarians I have had the displeasure of meeting. I hope that this clinic doesn't bow to the pressure or the bullies of greedy vets who care only about money!
Brought our cat in and they did a whole bunch of test but could not give us a diagnosis or prognoses after three days. She suffered and was in pain for those days. Gave us a whole bunch of useless medication to take home with us. The next day brought her some where else. They told us within two hours that she had Cancer the size of a tennis ball and there was nothing we could do. We regret taking her there and could have saved her some suffering.
