Gillan Construction is located in the heart of Muskoka Cottage Country. Gillan brothers, Tom, Paul and Ross manage and operate both Gillan Construction and Docks Plus with a hands on philosophy, ensuring we remain totally involved in all projects from start to finish. With over seventy years of combined building construction experience, the Gillan brothers have successfully operated Docks Plus for twenty plus years. Docks Plus, working closely with our customers, has created many custom cottages, boathouses, docks and accessory buildings throughout Muskoka. Docks Plus has the experience necessary to construct that special boathouse along your water front.

To further enhance the services offered to our customers, Gillan Construction was spawned through the growth of Docks Plus. Gillan Construction is carrying on the work of Docks Plus, building custom cottages, additions and renovations. Gillan Construction has experience working within the "OLD MUSKOKA" cottages, completing improvements and repairs, working in cottages dating back to the early 19th century. We also build new dream cottages, recreating that Old Muskoka atmosphere. If you prefer something more modern, we also build using the latest designs and technologies.
