Bob Fletcher has been working in the construction industry for over 25 years; initially learning the craft from his Dutch father-in-law. Bob worked for many years building custom homes and on commercial sites with Ross Gill, a well known local builder.Friends and family urged Bob to branch out on his own and so in 2004, Fletcher Construction and Custom Carpentry was born.
