The staff helped me out with an emergency repair to a Halloween costume for my granddaughter. They couldn't have been more helpful, I highly recommend this store.

Five starts review from me. I dropped in as my winter coat zipper got stock really bad with the inside fabric. Looked to me the full zipper assembly would have to be replaced. Sorriya dedicated her full attention to creatively get the zipper runner unstuck without damaging the inside fabric. She replaced the zipper runner as I did damaged it when trying to unzip the stuck runner. I am very happy Sorriya managed to do all of this in minutes. Thank you Sorriya...!!! five stars from me.

I dropped off some material to have some sashes made 14 days ago. I was due to pick them up at 3pm on August 19th. At 12:30 pm the store calls me to confirm some measurments. I asked is it their normal protocol to have people order something to be made 2 weeks previous and then to try and make it within 2.5 hrs of the owner picking it up? The lady gave me attitude and then told me that the girl who took my order is no longer with them. Really??
