The contract was signed and he showed up to do the work.I saw the permit that was taken out. when selling my house.City tell me the permit was taken but NO inspections.So I schedule a final inspection.I call Jason and speak to him explaining 3 years ago he installed / inspector is coming to look please make sure you there.never shows up, deck fails inspection, stair railing is too small and something else.I had to find another contractor to fix the problems and pass the inspection.STAY FAR AWAY!
