I have deal with Gardewine's billing department, an absolute nightmare. They invoice you without providing Proof Of Delivery. Their invoices are constantly incorrect, I waste so much time correcting them. They create extra surcharges whenever they want and apply them to your invoices as they see fit. And it takes DAYS to get an answer from anyone when I request something, I often have to threaten to short-pay so that I can get the documents I'm missing.
