    1st, Ive called Dynamex to alert them about this, maybe it will go somewhere, maybe not. Amazon delivery,we watched driver get out of car, walk to front doorstep and throw down package. Large mailbox that he could have hit his head on had he stopped before walking up steps. My item, 8AA batteries with a charger somewhat larger than the batteries. Dynamex needs to educate their people, first priority should be MAILBOX IF IT S GOING TO FIT! The drivers do not appear to be very bright though.

    These people do not deserve your business, they wont deliver your package and they will argue with you on the phone about it.

    Average of 1 star for a reason... They deliver things several doors down and take a photo and proclaim it to be proof of delivery and then you have to wander around your neighborhood hunting it down... They commit to 8pm deliveries for Amazon on Sundays and sometime between 7 and 10pm they mark that they couldnt get a hold of you or figure out how to get in your building and reschedule delivery for Monday or Tuesday... No accountability... No reliability... Overall terrible.

    Terrible! Twice this week they said they attempted delivery but both times people were home and we have a camera and no one was even came on to our driveway!

    If I could give less I would I have seen them throw my package into my yard from the side walk and now they cant even read an address or a map since they delivered my latest amazon package to the wrong address not even to a neighbor or any house on my street contacted them they said we have proof it was delivered to your house we have a picture I asked for them to send it to me not my house at all customer service wasnt helpful at all and just dismissed me saying ok I have your complaint bye

    Purposely waited after work for my order. Open signs were on, doors were unlocked & I got an email saying there was an attempt to deliver & the business was closed. I looked outside and saw no one. Extremely disappointed a company would lie about attempted delivery when I made sure to make it aware I was there.

    I have placed a total of 6 phone calls to this disgrace of a courier company today, and guess what? The package didnt even leave their warehouse! I was supposed to get it for my daughters birthday YESTERDAY! Going on Day 2 and hasnt even left the warehouse! I checked the status last night, and they had the audacity to lie and say that they made an attempt at delivering the package and was unable to gain access! This company needs to seriously be shut down. They have NO regard for ANYBODY at all!

    Worst business ever. Every time Amazon sends anything through this company it is a gong show. Come to businesses outside of business hours: what reputable company would do that? And they often claim that they tried to deliver at a certain date and time and it is obvious they are lying. Utterly incompetent and should be avoided at all costs.

    worst company ever the tried to deliver my parcel clearly we close at 5pm as its a buisness so the try to re deliver after hrs again duhah

    (Winnipeg location) - This has been the worst possible experience I’ve had with a carrier. If I could, I would give them 0/5. Awful awful awful. Completely unreliable, I wasted a whole afternoon/evening waiting for a package that never showed up. Thanks Dynamex for making my week even more stressful.

    Delivered my package to the wrong address, having someone sign I dont know. I had people home, cameras on my home, no attempts were made. Several days of calling Dynamex, and customer service didnt look into it, didnt care, and were not helpful. Avoid at all costs.

    Drivers too lazy to walk up 3 steps and ring doorbell to let someone know to check the front door. No, just leave the Amazon box on in the middle of the top step for Poarch Pirates to see. So you have to hang around and await their delivery... ha Gave up at 9:30 Friday night now have to wait Monday for them.

    Claimed to have attempted delivery. However if the driver buzzed my apartment it would show on my phone as a missed call. Guess it's easier to not deliver and make money then deliver and make money.

    Dynamex received package at 11:35a.m. from Amazon and said it was out on delivery for Friday before 9:00p.m.. 10 hours later 9:30 still has not arrived. Have to wait till Monday now. NOT a happy Customer.

    Purchased item from amazon dynamex did not deliver on time, tracking website says delivered but no package and no one knows where it is. Very poor service definitely would not recommend

    I recently purchased an expensive lens from Amazon. Dynamex, the courier, dropped the package in front of my house without informing me. I was home so I would have heard the doorbell ring. I wouldn't have known my lens had arrived had I not used the "Track Package" option in my Amazon account. It could have stayed outside for a very long time and been damaged in the process. It's -10 today. I'll make sure to NOT recommend Dynamex to the people I know.

    Ordered from amazon, but delivery wasn't performed. No communication was done, and I have to check their tracking website but not accurate. Hoping that younger employees would do this job.
