Dollars & Cents

We brought 3 large letter balloons in to have filled with helium for my daughters graduation party. The assistant manager popped the Z (1 of 3 letters) of my daughters name, when she allowed the balloon to touch the stores’ fluorescent lights . She offered another Z which was a different color and size. It looked ridiculous next to the remaining letters so we had to purchase a whole new set. When we asked if they could at least discount the helium, the reply was “there is nothing we could do”.

Just went to go get a birthday card, but I had forgot a pen so when I asked the front lady for one, she not only got me a pen, but tested out all the ones that she had to see which one wrote the best. She didn't have to put so much effort into it, but she did! Great place, definitely going there from now on
