    Had a Kenmore Elite fridge compressor failure made by LG at 2 years old confirmed by two repairmen. Transglobal replaced the compressor. Within warranty period, fridge broke again and Transglobal repairman came and looked at it completely, stated that compressor needed replacing and that he would do so. Did not hear from company for 2 weeks so I called and Transglobal changed their story and said that it was a blocked tube and could not be repaired. Strongly suspect company is lying.

    Been 6 weeks...so far 4 technicians, new pump, new pressure switch, another new pump and washer still not working...

    I guess it depends who is the technician you get in order to base your satisfying experience. A day after getting home from the hospital with a new born and other three kids at home, my Samsung washing machine that I bought from Brick almost 4 years ago, stopped working. Luckily, Trans Global service confirmed that it is still under warranty. Earliest appointment was a week after. John showed up and diagnosed the machine and confirms that a drain pump is not working.     If I could give them no stars I would. Booked 2 times to come fix my washing machine. 2 times no call or show. So I call them.... I live in a rural area. 45 minutes out of the city. The lady couldn’t “find” my location therefore told me I was out of their service area. Well if you can’t find my little cation how can I be out of the service area?!

    Contacted Transglobal to get my fridge fixed. They said they would send someone to come and fix my fridge. They send a tech and he has no parts and doesnt even look at the fridge. He called the 1-800 Electrolux number and they advised him what parts need to maybe be swapped out. I already knew what parts needed to be replaced but if I ordered them online via through a parts store it would take 10-15 business days as the parts were on back order. So we basically through $100 out the window

    Hottible condescending and incompetent service - booked to repair our washer 7 times 4 times they rescheduled last minute. Horrible customer service.

    They only offer s...

    They only offer service Mon - Fri 9 to 5.So if you are retired, unemployed, or work nights, it might work for you. They won't even commit to a time of day. Book an appt, keep your fingers crossed that they will show up sometime during that day. I will never buy extended warranty if it is thru them. When you try to call, it goes into voicemail and they MIGHT return your call within 24 hours. Stay away!!!
